Avenue
Financial services · Investment fintech
Scaling an international fintech on emerging languages.
Avenue operated in the US as a Brazilian brokerage. After choosing modern stacks (Golang, Flutter and ReactJS), it ran into a shortage of professionals skilled in those languages. Running internationally also meant meeting the regulatory requirements of the US Federal Reserve, with agile, secure processes held to a high technical standard.
Multidisciplinary squads, real scalability.
DB1 assembled complete squads, with Backend in Golang, Mobile in Flutter, Frontend in ReactJS, QA, UX/UI, DevOps and Business Analysis. The work went past development: DB1 helped recruit talent aligned technically and culturally, kept Avenue’s priorities at the center of planning and built processes that could take the growth.
What kept the scale consistent.
Avenue and DB1: how to partner to scale fast and sustainably.
What changed for Avenue.
First to market
Conta Margem made Avenue the first Brazilian brokerage to launch this kind of product in the US.
More engagement and revenue
Experience Manager raised engagement across the base, and the DTVM operation had a direct impact on revenue.
A steady delivery pace
More than 1,000 deliveries completed, one every 70.89 hours on average.
“We are very excited about the partnership, working in this market that keeps growing.”
