Information Security Policy

Last updated: August 2026

The Information Security Policy is a formal statement by DB1 Group regarding its commitment to protecting the information it owns or holds in custody, which must be observed by all of its employees, interns, apprentices and service providers.

All companies that are part of DB1 Group value the dissemination of information in a transparent, up-to-date and agile manner. All employees responsible for documentation and records are responsible for keeping them updated and available to those entitled to them, just as area managers and directors are responsible for verifying these updates and revisions.

DB1 Group is committed to safeguarding the protection of information through its guidelines and controls, so that all employees must uphold that commitment with a proactive stance regarding actions to protect information.

Through this commitment, the organization maintains and continuously improves its Information Security Management System through its employees, in order to achieve its objectives and satisfy the applicable requirements.
